1. Applicants fulfilling the conditions below who are not receiving any remuneration by companies/ organizations in India
2. Businessmen visiting India to establish an industrial/business venture or to explore possibilities to set up industrial business venture or to purchase/sell industrial products
3. Foreign nationals who are visiting India on short visits to customer locations to repair any plant or machinery as part of warranty or annual maintains contacts
4. Foreign Engineers/Technicians coming to India for installation and commissioning of equipments/machines/tools in terms of the contract for supply of such equipment/machine/tools
5. Foreign experts coming to India for imparting training for the personnel of the Indian companies
6. Foreign personnel deputed for providing technical support/services, transfer of know-how, services supplies for which the Indian company pays fees/royalty to the foreign company

5. Copy of Business Card
6. Letter of Invitation from an Indian company or a letter of Guarantee from Applicant’s company		 NT$3,900
BUSINESS VISA (Over 1 Year Multiple Entry) In addition to the above item 1-5, grant of over 1 Year Multiple Entry Business Visa would be considered (on ITA’s discretion only) on production of any one of the following documents:

(a) A signed Invitation letter from India (from Recognized Indian Chamber of Commerce, Industry Associations, Export Promotion Councils, Undertakings and Departments of Government of India/State Governments, or private companies) OR
(b) An Endorsement letter from recognized trade and industry organizations in Taiwan (including Taiwan External Trade Promotion Council (TAITRA) etc) OR
(c) Proof of business incorporation in India for Taiwanese companies who have set up branch offices, Representative offices, Joint ventures or Subsidiary companies in India		 NT$6,500
EMPLOYMENT VISA Note: Employment Visa can be applied for by:
1. Applicants fulfilling the conditions below who are receiving remuneration from companies/organizations in India and whose salary is not less than US$ 25,000 per annum
2. Highly skilled/qualified professionals who are being engaged or appointed by the company, organization, industry or undertaking etc in India at senior levels/skilled/managerial positions
3. Highly skilled/qualified professionals going to India for executing projects/contracts

Documents to be submitted:
1. Passport
2. Application form
3. 1 Recent Color Photo (5x4 cm)
4. Photocopy of Taiwan I.D. Card/ ARC (For Foreigners)

Additional documents to be submitted:
(a) A Notarized copy of the contract offered by the Indian company or Taiwanese company having representative office/ branch office/ Joint venture/ Subsidiary company duly registered in India
(along with job title, duration, salary, benefits, etc.)
(The Contract must be Notarized by a Notary Court in India)
(b) A signed Letter of Acceptance of this contract by the Applicant
(c) An attested copy of documentary evidence of applicant’s educational qualifications and/or professional expertise’ 		NT$3,900

(a) A letter of acceptance or Admission Offer from a duly recognized school or university in India stating the name, course and school year the applicant is to be enrolled in
(b) If applicant is below 18 years of age, the application should be accompanied by the contact details of the guardian in India and a consent letter from the parents of the applicant		 NT$2,500
JOURNALIST VISA

ELECTRONIC MEDIA (Processing period 2-4 WEEKS)
In addition to the above 7 items, the following should also be submitted:
8. Application for Filming Documentaries in India
9. Undertaking (A film copy must be sent to ITA)
10. Synopsis of the documentary
11. List & full details of crew members

6.For applicants of less than 18 years of age and traveling without parents, forms must be accompanied with “Parents Agreement”, signed or with seal
7.For applicants who are Children without Taiwan ID, a copy of “Household Certificate” must be enclosed
8.The Visas issued are valid at all international airports in India
9.The period of validity of the visa is effective from the date of issue and not from the date of entry.
