Attestation of Commercial Documents
The following need to be submitted at the India Taipei Association (Before submitting the document, it should be notarized and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs):
i.Duly-filled in form (form G). 
ii.Document that is to be attested.
iii.Photocopy of the Taiwan identity card
iv.Company business card.
