Attestation of Indian Documents
The following need to be submitted at the India Taipei Association (This is valid only for copies of Indian documents which are to be used in India):
i.Duly filled-in form (form G)

ii.Original and photocopy of the Indian document that needs to be attested.
iii.Copy of the first and last page of the Indian passport. (Original passport to be shown at time of submission)
iv.Photocopy of ARC (Original to be shown at time of submission).
