ITA has noticed that there have been unofficial sites on the internet that solicit visa fees for applicants who apply online. We would like to state that the Government of India does not require visa fees to be paid online, the online Indian registration form only facilitates the registration of visa applicants, and payments are received only when the registration form has been submitted to ITA and a receipt given.
ITA is pursuing action against this malicious website and ITA cautions the applicant to be careful when they apply for Indian Visa Online.
