Power of Attorney (PoA) Attestation
The following need to be submitted at India Taipei Association (Before submitting the PoA at ITA, it should be notarized and attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs):
i.Duly-filled in form (form G). 
ii. Original Power of Attorney (POA) document that is to be attested.
iii. Copy of the first and last page of the Indian passport for Indian applicants. (Original passport to be shown at time of submission)
iv. Photocopy of ARC for Indian applicants (Original to be shown at time of submission)
v. Photocopy of the identity card for Taiwan applicants (Original to be shown at time of submission)
vi. Business Card of applicant.
