Request for Proposal
India Taipei Association (ITA) is seeking Service Providers for rearrangement work in Suites 2010-2012, TWTC, ITB Building, No. 333 Keelung Road, Sec.1., Taipei, Taiwan on an urgent basis.
The following work is likely to be undertaken:
- Resizing the Conference Room;
- Relocation of one door in the Conference Room;
- Rearrangement of 5 workstations;
- Addition of 3 workstations, including desk board, hanging cabinet, book shelf, side cabinet (2 doors);
- Provision of Office Chairs-03 nos.;
- Construction of one wall and installation of door thereon;
- Installing lock on 2 doors;
- Affixing opaque stickers on the glass of one room;
- Rewiring of electricity and telephone lines & additional wiring, as required;
- Relocation of lights, as required, after rearrangement of office;
- Pulling down of a wall & mending of carpet ;
- Cleaning up the premises immediately after work is done;
- Labour & Insurance
Reputed Service Providers who are requested may come for inspection of the premises, following which they are required to email their quotes (preferably in English language), to ad@india.org.tw by 1000hrs on 26th July 2017. Only Service Providers who comply with the rules and regulations of TWTC, ITB Building may send the quotations. The quote should include sketch of the work to be undertaken and all the details of material.
India Taipei Association reserves the right to cancel this tender inquiry at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever.
