Request for Proposal
India Taipei Association intends to conduct a Cultural and Tourism Promotion event on April 14, 2018. It is estimated that about 900 people will attend the event.
2. The following is the requirement:
- Booths (3m x 3m) – 22 nos.
- Booth Banner - 22 nos.
- Stage – one
- Stage Banner –One
- Power
- Sound
- Emcee-One
- Audio Video coverage
- Labour & Insurance
3. Reputed Service Providers are requested to email their quotes (in English language), to adadmn.ita@mea.gov.in by 1100 hrs on March 20, 2018. The quote should include (i) previous experience of similar events (with photographs); and (ii) references.
4. India Taipei Association reserves the right to cancel this tender inquiry at any stage without assigning any reason whatsoever.
