Terms and Conditions:
(a) All repairs/services may be included in the quotation and specified in the tender documents.
(b) Quotations must be on warranty against deliveries to be 12 months from the date of installation/inspection.
(c) Sealed quotations addressed to “Head of Chancery” may be sent by post or delivered by hand on or before 12 January 2023 by 1100 hours. Tenders will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day in Conference Room, India Taipei Association.
(d) The bids shall be valid for 120 working days from the date of submission.
(e) The tender notice is only an invitation to offer and ITA Taipei does not bind itself to accept any tender and reserves the right to reject any offer without assigning any reason thereto.

敬邀知名的、經驗豐富的電腦供應商進行密封式投標採購案，印度台北協會預計採購五台桌上型電腦和一台彩色印表機，規格要求如下：

條款和條件：
(a) 所有維修/服務內容需清楚載明在報價單中及招標文件中。
(b) 報價單必須註明保固維修自交貨/安裝日起至少為期12個月。
(c) 請於 2023 年 1 月 12 日11點之前, 經由郵寄或專人將密封式報價單, 寄(送)達印度台北協會台北市信義區基隆路一段333號17樓1708室 “行政主管-Head of Chancery”收。招標將於同日11:30在印度台北協會會議室進行開標。
(d) 投標自提交之日起 120 個工作日內有效。
(e) 招標通知僅為要約邀請，印度台北協會不承擔接受任何投標的義務，並保留拒絕任何要約的權利，無需說明任何理由。
